In an effort to provide better service, security, and protection, zero1zero is offering on-going data backup monitoring and Server auditing. We all know how important backups are as well as the general health of the servers. With a quarterly or even monthly audit there is the potential for problems with backups and the servers to go unnoticed for a period of time resulting in lack of protection of important company data. Given the complexity of backups and the effort that goes into making sure they are running correctly, verified and tested, we feel the servers should be monitored several times a week rather then monthly or quarterly.
For per month or yearly billing, zero1zero will closely monitor your backups and server health to minimize outages. There will not be a need for scheduling server audits anymore, as we would be doing this on an on-going basis. Please note this price includes regular successful backups, and monitoring of the servers events. During the monitoring process if we find issues with your servers that require work above and beyond the backup processes or require extensive troubleshooting, that time would be billed at the normal hourly rate and you will be notified beforehand. We feel this model will provide increased stability and peace of mind about company data and server health.
